このリングは、ふたつの異なるヴィンテージピースから生まれました。

素材に使用したのは、オーストラリアの静かなウェアハウスで見つけた、極細の18金ヴィンテージチェーン。段ボールに糸のように巻かれ、長い時間静かに眠っていたその姿は、初めて手にしたときから、物語の続きを予感させるものでした。

そして、もうひとつの素材は、手元にあったヴィンテージのパールネックレス。艶やかな小粒のパールが並ぶそのネックレスは、美しいものの、ねじれた構造のためにこれまでコレクションに加えることができず、大切に保管していたものです。

「このふたつが出会ったら、どんなかたちになるだろう」
そんな思いから、私はネックレスをほどいてパールをひと粒ずつ取り出し、18金チェーンに通して、リングに仕立ててもらいました。

小さなパールと繊細なチェーンがやさしく指を包むこのリングには、ふたつの異なるヴィンテージの記憶が重なり合い、やわらかく静かな存在感が宿っています。

また、チェーンとパールの両方に、新品にはない独特の風合いが感じられるのもこのリングの大きな魅力。
長い時を経て生まれた、柔らかな光沢と自然なエイジングが、それぞれの素材に深みを与え、身につける人の所作にさりげない気品を添えてくれます。

ミニマルにひとつでつけても、ほかのゴールドリングや地金リングとのレイヤードでも美しく。

This ring was born from the quiet union of two vintage elements — each from a different time, each carrying its own story.

The chain is a vintage 18 carat gold strand, found coiled like thread in a quiet warehouse in Australia. It had rested there for decades, its surface softened by time, its presence quiet but full of possibility.

The pearls came from a vintage necklace I had kept for years — luminous and dainty, yet difficult to wear due to its twisted construction. It had remained tucked away, beautiful but unused.

I wondered what might happen if these two pieces met —
and so, one by one, I separated the pearls and asked a jeweller to thread them gently onto the fine gold chain. The result is this ring: light, understated, and quietly radiant.

This piece carries a softness that only time can give.
Both the vintage gold and the vintage pearls offer a patina that cannot be replicated in new materials — a gentle glow, a lived-in warmth, a sense of presence shaped by age.
Together, they give the ring a sense of depth and quiet richness.

It’s beautiful on its own — minimalist and subtle — but also pairs effortlessly with other fine gold rings or textured bands. Worn with the Everthread bracelet, it creates a harmonious sense of balance across the hand.

A strand of vintage gold, found quietly coiled in a forgotten warehouse.
Wrapped around a piece of cardboard like thread, the 18 carat chains carried with them a sense of stillness — and untold potential.

From these threads, we created simple pieces:
a bracelet, a ring, each designed to honour the chain’s original form.
Then came something new — a delicate pearl chain ring, born from the reimagining of a vintage pearl necklace that had long been left unworn.
