淡くささやくように揺れる、グリーンの煌めき。1970〜80年代に作られたこのヴィンテージピアスは、バゲットカットのストーンがさりげなく耳もとで光を受け、瑞々しい葉のようにやわらかく輝きます。

素材にはスターリングシルバーを使用し、磨きすぎずに残したヴィンテージ特有の風合いが、上品な奥行きを加えています。小ぶりなサイズ感も魅力で、普段使いにも気負わず合わせられ、ほんのり特別感も添えてくれます。

買い付けたのは、森とファームに囲まれた田舎道沿いで毎週開かれるカーブーツマーケット。車の後ろ（カーブーツ）を開いて、個人の方が自宅から持ってきたものを並べて売る、あたたかくて偶然の出会いに満ちた場所です。

この日も、以前からお世話になっているSさんに会いに行きました。ゆったりしたワンピースとスカーフ姿が印象的な、まるでシンデレラのフェアリーゴッドマザーのような雰囲気の女性で、かつてシルバージュエリーをたくさん集めていたそう。「もうおばあちゃんになってつけなくなったからね」と笑いながら、毎週少しずつご自宅から持ってきてくれています。

その中から見つけたこの一点は、さりげなくも心惹かれる、日常に溶け込むヴィンテージの魅力を感じることができるピアスです。

A subtle yet striking piece from the 1970s–80s, these vintage sterling silver earrings feature luminous baguette-cut stones in a translucent green hue, like sun-drenched peridot or the fresh leaves of spring. The linear silhouette of the cut creates a clean, contemporary impression, softened by the gentle sway of the dangle setting.

They were discovered on a peaceful weekend morning at a rural car boot market, set beside a long country road lined with farmland and forest. Unlike more commercial vintage markets, this one invites individuals to sell personal belongings straight from the back of their cars. It was there that I once again met Miss S—an elegant woman in a flowing dress and scarf who reminds me of a fairy godmother. She once collected silver jewellery passionately in the 70s and 80s but now brings out a few more pieces from her personal collection each week, saying, “I’m too much of a grandmother to wear these now, but someone else might enjoy them.”

This pair is one of those quietly special finds—an everyday treasure from a deeply personal archive.

昨年からはオーストラリア北部の街で過ごす時間が長くなり、これまであまり馴染みのなかったこの地域のマーケットを巡るようになりました。まるで探検のようでもあり、フィールドワークのようでもあり・・。次々と新しい出会いに恵まれ、驚くほどの速さで発見が積み重なっていった日々でした。

早朝の澄んだ空気のなかで開かれるもの、森に囲まれた小さなもの、にぎわいの中にぽつんと現れる静かなヴィンテージの屋台——何度も足を運ぶうちに、どの場所にどんな出会いがあるのか、少しずつ肌で感じられるようになってきました。

そんな日々のなかで見つけたものたちを、ようやくみなさまにご紹介できる機会が整いました。

ここ１ヶ月は、いつものようにマーケットを巡りながら、その様子をこのInstagramのストーリーズやライブ配信、投稿、リール動画を通して、少しずつお届けしてきました。見つけたアイテムだけでなく、その背景や空気感、どんなふうに惹かれて手に取ったのかまで、なるべく丁寧にお伝えしようとつとめてまいりました。

仕入れた品はひとつひとつ手で磨き、整えながら、その過程や、スタイリングの提案、そして個人的に特に心に残ったお気に入りのご紹介などもさせていただきました。そして、この1か月の記録の集大成として6月に見つけたアイテムが、ささやかな物語とともに並びます。どのようにして、ひとつのジュエリーが"誰かの宝物"になっていくのか——その過程そのものを、みなさまと分かち合えたら嬉しいです。

Since last year, I’ve been spending more time a northern part of Australia—an area I hadn’t been very familiar with before. I began visiting local markets there, and the experience has felt part exploration, part fieldwork. One discovery led to another, and before I knew it, the days became a whirlwind of encounters and inspiration.

Some markets open in the crisp stillness of early morning, others are tucked away in forested corners, while quiet vintage stalls appear almost like a mirage amidst the bustle. With each visit, I started to get a sense—almost instinctively—of what kinds of treasures might be found in each place.

And now, I finally have the chance to share some of those finds with you.

Over the past month, I’ve continued my usual market visits while slowly documenting the journey through Instagram Stories, livestreams, posts, and reels. I’ve tried to share not just the items themselves, but the atmosphere behind them—the feeling of the moment I was drawn to each piece, and the story it carried.

Each item I sourced has been polished by hand and thoughtfully prepared. Along the way, I’ve also shared styling ideas and personal favourites that left a particular impression on me. And now, as a culmination of these weeks of exploration, the pieces I found in June are ready—presented here with their quiet stories. I hope to share not just the jewellery, but the very process of how a piece becomes someone’s treasure.
